Went to ABC during the October sale prepared to spend $1500 on an area rug. Saleswoman couldn't stay focused on me, went to chat with another customer while I waited for her to complete my transaction (other customer was looker at larger, more expensive rugs). Very bad experience. Very nice rug. DF
